Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOR.TV, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF LOOR.TV, INC. ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO LOOR.TV, INC. DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR $250.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loor.TV, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Latah County, Idaho.

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these terms or the service must be commenced within one year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
